Each week I get a surprise basket full of veggies and fruit that are in-season.  I don’t get to decide what I receive, and occasionally I get something that I don’t love, or don’t know what to do with.  But that makes it kind of fun, because I either look up a new recipe online, or gift the unwanted item to my parents or friends.

This week I got strawberries, and the difference in taste between these, and the ones you find clam-shelled at the grocery store was unbelievable.  Plus, they’re so photogenic!
